Individual Therapy
I conduct a comprehensive assessment, formulate individual treatment plan, evaluate the effectiveness of treatment , and make appropriate adjustments.
Individual therapy is the most effective method to achieve treatment goals. It provides a safe environment for clients to reveal their struggles and release emotions.
I provide in person, virtual and phone therapy.

Special Workshops
I design and run workshops for students to examine the psychological and emotional challenges during major life transitions. I teach coping strategies on how to overcome low self-esteem, how to improve stress management and interpersonal relationships. I help students smoothly transition into new school and social environment.
Approach
I have extensive clinical experience helping adolescents and adults with low self-esteem, anxiety, depression and adjustment difficulties. I help clients build resilience and discover their inner strength. In addition, I provide psychoeducation to parents and guardians.

About Me
I am a registered social worker, psychotherapist with a Master's degree from University of Toronto. I've been working as a hospital social worker in mental health field since 2007 and won Professional Practice Award. I have my private practice and provide psychotherapy to adolescents and adults. I am also a tutor at University of Toronto Medical School.
I am fluent in English and Mandarin and have extensive experience working with clients facing challenges during major life transitions. I use a variety of methods to help clients discover their strength and develop balanced core beliefs.
